We use functional planning to meet requirements of the customer. The planner will communicate regularly with our customers to ensure they are happy with our service and to identify any problems. All vehicles and trailers have trackers fitted for the monitoring of deliveries so the customer can be immediately kept updated at all times and for vehicle and load security.
Management will ensure that the necessary resources, management support and commitment are available to implement an effective quality standard our customers expect.
